Have you noticed that training doesn't seem to work
the same way it used to?

Maybe the weight is slowly creeping up. Perhaps you’re experiencing hot flushes, mood swings, poor sleep, brain fog, low energy, low sex drive or you’re simply wondering why the things that once worked for your body no longer seem to work.

You’re not alone.

So many women have been asking us for support and guidance to help them better understand what is happening to their bodies during perimenopause and menopause. At Be Suite, we listened.

That’s why we are incredibly excited to welcome Tracy Minnoch-Nuku, founder and CEO of Sexy Ageing, to Stokes Valley.

Tracy has spent more than 30 years working within the health and fitness industry. Her career has included leadership roles with Fitness First Asia and Les Mills Asia Pacific, as well as co-founding one of Asia’s first boutique fitness chains, Fire Fitness.

As Tracy began experiencing menopause symptoms herself, she was shocked by the lack of evidence-based information and support available to women. Determined to change that, she founded Sexy Ageing, launched the internationally recognised podcast of the same name, wrote My Menopause Memoir, and created programmes specifically designed to help women thrive throughout this stage of life.

This workshop will cover topics including:

  • Understanding perimenopause and menopause
  • Why your body changes as you age
  • Weight gain, sleep, mood, energy, and hormones
  • Training and nutrition strategies
  • Practical tools to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more confident

Whether you’re experiencing symptoms yourself, preparing for the future, or supporting somebody you love, this workshop is for you.

This event is open to both members and non-members, so bring your friends, mothers, sisters, daughters, workmates, and whānau.
